Question: - Who is called reincarnation? 

Answer: The repeated breaking and formation of the relationship between the soul and the senses with the body is called reincarnation or pretyabhav. 

 Question: - Who are the ghosts? 

 Answer: - When the relation between the soul and the senses breaks down, the body that is left is called a shava or a phantom.  

Question: - Who are ghosts? 

 Answer: - The person who dies because he is no longer in the present tense and has gone into the past, that is why he is called ghost. 

 Question: How can reincarnation be understood?  

Answer:- To understand rebirth you have to understand about birth and death first.  And before understanding birth and death you have to understand the body.  

Question:- Explain about the body. 

 Answer :- There are two types of body :- (1) Subtle body (mind, intellect, ego, 5 sense organs)

 (2) Gross body (5 karmendriyas = nostrils, skin, ear etc. outer body) and soul through this body  does deeds. 

 Question: - Who is born?

Answer:- The name of the soul becoming related with the gross body by taking the subtle body is birth.  And this relationship is established with the life in both the bodies.  Birth is also called caste (Example: - animal species, human race, bird species, tree species etc.)

 Question: - What is death called? 

Answer:- Prana is the relation between the subtle body and the gross body.  The breakdown of that relationship is called death.

Question: What is the difference between death and sleep?  

Answer:- In death the relation of both the bodies is broken and in sleep the relation of both the bodies remains established.  

Question: How does death happen? 

 Answer:- The soul enveloping its subtle body with the whole gross body comes out through one of the doors.  And all the senses that it engages in become inactive.  Only then we see that at the time of death, speaking, seeing, hearing all stop. 

 Q: How do we feel when death occurs? 

 Answer: - Exactly as we feel while lying on the bed while going to sleep.  We become knowledgeless.  If we assume that our death is not natural and someone is slitting the throat slowly with a sword, then at first we will start fainting due to the blood coming out and intense pain and we will become void of knowledge and that is how our life will go out. 

 Question: What is the difference between death and liberation? 

 Answer: - The subtle body is mixed in order for the soul to get the body according to the actions repeatedly.  When there is a normal death, the soul leaves the gross body (man, animal, bird etc.) by taking the subtle body, but when there is liberation, the soul leaves the gross body (man) but it also leaves the subtle body.  and the subtle body gets absorbed in nature.  (Liberation can only happen in the human body by means of yoga, samadhi etc.)

 Question :- What is the period of liberation? 

 Answer: The period of liberation is 36000 creations.  1 creation 8640000000 years.  That is, for such a period the soul remains free and is engrossed in the bliss of God in the universe.  And after completing this period, it comes again in a body according to karma. 

 Question: - What is the duration of death?  

Answer:- Do several parts of a moment, in less than that the soul leaves one body and immediately assumes another body.  

Question: - Who is born? 

 Answer: - Through God the soul along with his subtle body enters the womb of a mother according to the karma and gets the body by the combination of the Raja Semen which is formed there.  This is called birth.  

Question: - What is a caste called? 

 Answer:- Birth is called caste.  The body which the soul attains according to the deeds is called its caste.  Eg: - Man race, animal species, tree species, bird species etc.

Question: - How is it decided that which caste will get the soul?

   Answer:- It is decided according to the deeds.  Think of it like this!  In the soul, the sanskars of infinite actions of infinite births are inscribed, these karmas stand in a line of their own, according to the karma that keeps on coming forward, the soul enjoys the fruits of karma.  Suppose the soul has ever performed such actions in some body due to which it has to get the body of a pig.  And if these actions which get the body of a pig are at the forefront of the queue, then the soul will leave that existing body and immediately enter the womb of a pig and the pig will be born.  Now let's go ahead and enjoy the body of the boar, when those actions of the soul are retired, then assume that the karma of giving the body of the buffalo stand behind him in the queue, then after dying in the body of the boar, the soul will enjoy the body of the buffalo.  Just understand that in the line of karmas, one after the other, there will be rebirth from one body to another.  If in the same way, if a person comes in the body and becomes a yogi considering the usefulness of his life, then he will leave the queue of karma for up to 36000 worlds.  After that all this sequence will continue again. 

 Question: - But we see that souls born in the same caste are happy and unhappy in different ways, why? 

 Answer:- This is also based on karma.  For example, if someone did mixed deeds in the form of sin and virtue and he got a human body on the basis of virtue, but on the basis of sinful deeds he was born in a family in which he had to suffer more.  Further understand it as if a soul has done many sinful deeds and some virtuous deeds in a body, on the basis of which sin he got the body of a cow and on the basis of virtues that cow got such a house where he can get best happiness like food, medicine etc.  Happened.  In the same way, the union of bodies is decided in a mixed form of karma.

Question: How is the position of the soul in the body?  Does it spread throughout the body or in a particular place of the body? 

 Answer:- The soul is very subtle even a millionth part of the tip of a needle and it resides in the body in the country of the heart, from there it operates the gross body through its subtle body.  The soul does not spread throughout the body or say that it does not pervade.  Because suppose a soul is holding the body of an elephant and after renouncing it and suppose that he gets the body of an ant according to his deeds, then think how that soul will enter the body of that ant?  For this, sufficient pruning of that soul has to be done, which is a principle against scripture, no soul can be cut.  Vedas, Upanishads, Geeta etc. also say this thing.  

Question: Why are people so afraid of death?  

Answer: Because of ignorance.  Because if people study Vedas, Darshan, Upanishad etc. and study the science of body and soul etc., then they will understand the whole situation and but even this will be only verbal knowledge if people read all these and take interest in spirituality and practice yoga etc.  If they do, then this knowledge will be passed on to them from within and they will become fearless.  You must have heard about great men who gave their lives laughing.  They were able to do all this because they were philosophers, due to which the fear of death kept going.  Think, in the war of Mahabharata, Arjuna had become relaxed due to fear, then Yogeshwar Krishna ji had explained to him this science of body, soul etc. through Sankhya Yoga and made him fearless.  The common man has this fear in ignorance.

Question: - Are there really no ghosts?  And what we do if a witch or evil spirit comes in the body of a woman, what is the it is a lie.? 

 Answer: - It is a lie.  Let's understand it in sequence.  The first thing is that two souls can never run the same body.  This is against the principle and against the divine law.  So it is not possible for another soul to come and control it in any one body.  And what you said that in many women, the witch or witch comes, due to which their voice is changed, then it is not due to any evil spirit but due to the state of change of mind.  In the language of science, it is called in which one person changes into another in the next moment.  This is a mental disease.  

Question: What is the proof of reincarnation?  These doctrinal things are in their place, but what is the direct evidence for this?  

Answer: - You must have heard many such news that a child is born in a house and as soon as he grows up, he tells complete information about his old village, house, family and those members with whom he has any relation in the prevailing life far and wide.  Has not been.  And all these are direct proofs of reincarnation.  Listen !  It happens that as has been told to you above that the rites of karma keep getting imprinted in the subtle body of the soul and they emerge after getting any opportunity in any birth, that is why that person starts telling the things of his old birth.  But this situation does not happen with everyone.  Because there would be one in crores with whom it would have happened that after getting the opportunity, some of his suppressed sanskars became furious and he started telling about himself.

Question: - Can we know how was our previous birth? 

 Answer:- Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati ji says that not in general but if you prove your practice of yoga, then the history of your crores of years will come before you.  And this is the sign of liberation.
